Director, Partner Ecosystems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Offer clear and strategic guidance to your team of Partner Managers, ensuring alignment with APAC go-to-market priorities and a unified vision for partner-driven growth.

• Serve as a coach and mentor, enhancing leadership capabilities within the team and nurturing a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.

• Assist your team in implementing joint business plans and conducting effective monthly and quarterly business reviews that drive partner alignment and execution.

• Design and implement an ambitious APAC ecosystem strategy that positions BeyondTrust and its partners for long-term success, while being adaptable to diverse regional markets.

• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic influencer at the highest levels.

• Foster peer-to-peer, cross-organizational relationships to enhance collaboration, speed up decision-making, and expand partnership impact.

• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and enablement leaders to ensure region-wide alignment, providing partners with the necessary resources, insights, and support for exceptional execution.

• Advocate for partner needs within the organization, influencing corporate strategy, enablement priorities, and resource allocation to meet APAC objectives.

• Ensure your team provides comprehensive partner enablement, including ongoing sales, technical, and certification readiness programs.

• Adhere to BeyondTrust’s rules of engagement by proactively managing channel conflicts, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and encouraging transparent communication.

• Promote partner program adoption and ensure compliance with agreements, maintaining consistency and fairness across the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partner management within the software security sector in APAC, showcasing leadership impact across diverse markets.

• Successfully developed ecosystems in Australia, India, and Southeast Asia.

• 3+ years of experience in leading and nurturing high-performing partner management teams.

• Proven success in achieving or surpassing revenue targets through influence, strategy, and partner execution.

• In-depth knowledge of APAC partner ecosystems and the capacity to lead amid cultural diversity.

• Established capability in building influential, enduring business relationships at senior and executive levels.

• Experience in strategic joint business planning and collaborative execution with partners.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Energetic, self-directed leader who blends curiosity and a growth mindset with strong execution discipline.

• Outstanding executive communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, capable of influencing without formal authority.

• Proficient in interpreting performance data to inform strategic decision-making and coaching.
