• Devise and implement solutions for organizational effectiveness, including organizational design (roles, structure, spans & layers) in alignment with business strategy.
• Independently manage change initiatives, ensuring alignment, adoption, and sustained behavioral change—not merely the delivery of training.

• Construct scalable OD frameworks, tools, and programs from the ground up, with minimal dependence on external resources.
• Facilitate discussions at the executive level, alignment sessions, and decision-making dialogues.

• Establish and monitor success metrics and ROI for OD and learning initiatives.
• Oversee learning strategy, including e-learning architecture and its deployment, ensuring alignment with capability priorities.
• Design and implement targeted learning interventions as part of broader organizational solutions (not solely as the main focus).
• Support and enhance succession planning and talent pipelines through a strategic, data-informed approach.
• Function effectively in a high-autonomy environment, influencing outcomes without formal authority.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in organizational development, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, or management consulting.
• Proven success in leading enterprise or large-scale organizational initiatives, including change efforts, organizational design, or capability transformation (beyond just training delivery).
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose intricate organizational challenges and convert business needs into actionable solutions.
• Experience collaborating directly with senior leadership as a consultative partner.
• Strong expertise in change management, organizational diagnostics, and leadership effectiveness.
• Proven track record of operating independently with high accountability in resource-limited environments.
• History of building programs, frameworks, and solutions from the ground up, rather than merely delivering existing content.
• Ability to influence without authority and foster alignment across various functions.
• Strong judgment, business acumen, and capability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions at the senior level.
• Experience in complex or matrixed organizations, preferably within manufacturing or industrial settings.

• Familiarity with Human Resources systems (e.g., UKG) and learning platforms.
• Experience or certifications with various assessment tools (e.g., EQ-i2, Predictive Index, DISC, etc.).
• Health insurance.
• Paid time off.
