This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary leader for enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, responsible for strategy, roadmap, standards, implementations, support, and governance related to Oracle Fusion Cloud and its supporting platforms.
• Oversee the complete delivery process from discovery and requirements gathering to architecture, solution design, configuration, development, data conversion, integration, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare for both implementations and significant enhancements.
• Develop and implement an application service delivery model, encompassing support processes, SLAs, incident/problem/change management, release management, upgrades, and patches to ensure stable and high-performing production operations.
• Collaborate proactively with Finance and other business units to comprehend strategic directions, establish and prioritize demands, and ensure alignment of the functional IT plan with the overall IT strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams (including internal staff and partners) by employing disciplined delivery practices (SDLC and Agile as appropriate) to achieve timely, on-budget results with high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Business and IT teams to convert business requirements into technical designs, taking into account end-to-end integrated business processes and their global impacts.
• Promote continuous improvement through standardization, automation (RPA, IDR, AI-led Agents), controls, and the adoption of best practices for ERP, PPM, HCM, and EPM.
• Manage relationships with vendors/partners, including overseeing statements of work, resource allocation, delivery quality, and financial management.
• Assess and facilitate the adoption of emerging capabilities (such as AI-driven Agentic features) to enhance productivity, controls, and user experience, while realizing measurable business value.
• Deliver executive-level updates regarding program status, risks, decisions, and value realization; ensure governance and alignment among stakeholders.
• Build, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team; oversee performance management, career development, and staffing strategies.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in delivering and supporting enterprise Oracle Cloud solutions, including complete lifecycle transformational implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud, with a focus on ERP and PPM (consulting experience is advantageous).
• A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to build, mentor, and lead multidisciplinary teams and partners.
• Extensive hands-on functional and process expertise in core ERP & PPM domains (ERP - Finance, Procurement, Billing & Cash; PPM - Project Accounting, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Project Resource Management).
• Experience guiding transformations from Oracle eBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud for ERP and PPM applications.
• Proven history of utilizing emerging technologies (RPA, IDR, Agentic AI capabilities) to enhance business outcomes; familiarity with Oracle AI Agent Studio is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership in delivery across SDLC/Agile methodologies, including program/project planning, estimation, execution oversight, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration and communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing changing priorities and achieving results across various functions and regions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and simplifying complex concepts for varied audiences.
• Experience in managing vendors/partners, reviewing statements of work, and ensuring quality of delivery.
