This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead critical Operations strategic initiatives from vague concepts to execution with measurable outcomes.
• Initiate a new operations technology framework and significant cross-departmental initiatives linked to company-level Key Results.
• Oversee weather playbooks, intricate partner launches, and ensure smooth high-value customer rollouts.
• Create a feedback mechanism that transforms over 200,000 monthly customer and partner interactions into structured insights.
• Develop and manage Operations business rhythms, encompassing staff meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and goal-setting sessions.
• Spearhead process enhancements and redesign initiatives across the Operations division.
• Implement operational changes and effectively communicate initiatives within the organization.
• Establish documentation standards and maintain up-to-date and accessible operational information.
• Create new operational capabilities from the ground up, validate the model, and transition to permanent ownership.
• Act as the thought leader in Operations AI by assessing tools, formulating business cases, and promoting the adoption of AI and automation.
• Report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and serve as a strategic collaborator with the COO and Operations leadership.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations strategy, business operations, or consulting.
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams or programs within a fast-paced technology company.
• Proven experience in establishing new functions, processes, or teams from the ground up without existing guidelines.
• Capability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong understanding and perspective on AI and automation within operations.
• Proficient in utilizing data to identify issues, evaluate results, and question assumptions.
• Established credibility when collaborating with data scientists.
• Ability to foster trust with senior leaders and facilitate cross-functional decision-making.
• Excellent writing and confident presentation abilities.
• Combination of strategic thinking and operational execution.
• Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team meetings, and other relevant events.
