Director, Operations Integration – Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the integration of enterprise operations, implementations, and strategic initiatives supported by Operations Services.

• Create and sustain standardized implementation playbooks, governance frameworks, and execution models to assist with acquisitions, operational transformations, system rollouts, hospitality projects, and process enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate implementation strategies, project timelines, milestones, communication plans, and operational readiness activities.

• Manage implementation governance to ensure alignment across operational, commercial, financial, safety, guest experience, and technology objectives.

• Direct operational readiness and hypercare efforts to support field teams during implementation, stabilization, and transition stages.

• Design and implement change management and communication strategies that foster adoption, accountability, and long-term operational viability.

• Track initiative performance through KPIs, milestone tracking, operational metrics, adoption measures, and post-implementation evaluations.

• Recognize implementation risks, operational deficiencies, and execution obstacles while facilitating timely resolutions and escalations as necessary.

• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives by integrating lessons learned and operational feedback into future deployment strategies and execution standards.

• Deliver regular updates to executive leadership regarding initiative progress, operational impacts, implementation risks, and overall execution performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations, implementation, integration, project management, or related fields.

• At least 5 years of leadership experience overseeing large-scale, cross-functional operational initiatives.
