This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate across various functions, including Product Management, Sales, and other teams, to create engaging product positioning, messaging, and support materials that connect with target audiences.
• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and product improvements, working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners.
• Transform complex clinical products into clear and persuasive marketing materials, such as brochures, leave-behinds, trade show displays, advertisements, press releases, and other commercial assets.
• Perform thorough market research and competitive analysis to uncover customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), patient advocacy groups, and other external stakeholders to enhance product adoption and loyalty.
• Work in close partnership with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Customer Service to ensure consistent messaging and exceptional commercial execution. Act as the primary product marketing resource for the field organization.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative product marketing best practices from the precision diagnostics industry and related fields.
• Over 10 years of Product Marketing experience with a strong history of developing and executing effective product marketing strategies in precision diagnostics, biotechnology, or healthcare.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a BS or advanced degree in Biology or a related scientific field is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex clinical and market data and translate insights into compelling value propositions and commercial strategies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product marketing principles, competitive analysis, and market research techniques.
• Experience in creating data-driven marketing content and commercial collateral.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and convey complex concepts clearly.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
