Director On Farm Solutions – Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Influence the way cutting-edge animal nutrition solutions are delivered to farms across Europe.

• Oversee current distributor partnerships while fostering new relationships.

• Identify prospective partners and targets for acquisition.

• Allocate approximately 50% of your time to market activities.

• Lead the European On Farm Solution Team towards achieving success.

• Develop a budget for your Business Unit and ensure adherence to it.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in Animal Nutrition and Animal Health.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Distribution Management.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Proficient in English; German language skills are a plus.
