This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take full ownership of the wholesale P&L, encompassing net revenue, gross margin, trade spend, and contribution margin across all accounts.
β’ Formulate and implement a multi-year wholesale growth strategy that aligns with company goals, identifying and leveraging new channel opportunities.
β’ Oversee and enhance platform health and compliance, focusing on operational performance and adherence to policies.
β’ Manage senior-level retailer relationships comprehensively: from securing placements and influencing assortments to planning long-term strategic partnerships, joint business initiatives, and negotiating terms and promotional programs.
β’ Ensure exceptional execution of product launches, seasonal assortments, and promotional events across all wholesale channels.
β’ Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
β’ Balance the team's focus between long-term strategic planning and quick adaptation to business changes.
β’ Track and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, sell-through rates, and market trends to proactively identify opportunities and risks, translating insights into strategic actions.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in sales, preferably within consumer tech, pet, or omnichannel brands.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ More than 3 years of experience in leading and developing sales teams.
β’ A proven history of managing a P&L and driving measurable revenue growth.
β’ In-depth understanding of omnichannel retail, including eCommerce, brick-and-mortar, and marketplace dynamics.
β’ Strong analytical and commercial skills, alongside excellent negotiation and executive-level relationship management abilities.
β’ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Tableau is a plus.
β’ Outstanding organizational and communication skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams, agency partners, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25%.
