Director of UX/UI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete design experience across the platform.

• Guide and mentor the current design team.

• Directly engage in impactful design initiatives.

• Develop and sustain a unified design system using Figma.

• Conduct user research and usability assessments.

• Monitor and take responsibility for the design's influence on product adoption and user engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of UX/UI design experience in the B2B SaaS industry.

• At least 2 years of experience leading a design team.

• A strong portfolio that highlights end-to-end product design capabilities.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Demonstrated ability to lead research efforts and translate insights into design strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
