This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +36 more states.
• Ensure the organization consistently upholds a robust and predictable cash and liquidity position.
• Act as a pivotal finance leader alongside the CFO, responsible for the long-term cash management strategy and nurturing key relationships with financial institutions.
• Facilitate precise and timely reporting on liquidity and cash flow projections for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish a strong customer credit function to support business objectives.
• Lead the development of the Company’s 13-week and annual cash flow forecast, including detailed analysis of weekly variances by country and business channel.
• Mentor and develop a skilled team of treasury professionals, setting objectives and development plans that align with the global company strategy.
• Assist in day-to-day treasury operations to ensure a consistent liquidity position.
• Contribute to the construction of weekly/monthly borrowing base and related documentation.
• Create comprehensive dashboards for reporting on treasury-led functions.
• Manage all relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions that support the Company’s cash management activities.
• Oversee relationships with credit card processors and ensure PCI compliance.
• Prepare reports for the executive team and Board of Directors concerning the Company’s liquidity and key cash management operating metrics.
• Lead initiatives to enhance internal processes, promoting operational efficiency and compliance with internal policies, controls, and procedures.
• Supervise risk management pertaining to foreign currency exposure, interest rate risks, and intercompany loans with international affiliates.
• Develop and uphold customer credit policies, including analysis and decision-making.
• Offer leadership and training to further advance the skills of managers and analysts within the treasury department.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required; an MBA or advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in corporate treasury, cash flow forecasting, ABL credit facilities management, accounting, or finance, with at least 5 years in a corporate treasury leadership position.
• CTP, CPA, or CFA designation is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial management systems such as Hyperion, GTreasury, and SAP.
• Proven experience with complex credit agreements, debt structures and compliance, cash flow forecasting, insurance, and corporate insurance programs.
• Advanced understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and Power BI, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and advanced financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong relationship management abilities; capable of communicating effectively across all levels of management, with lenders, external partners, and investors.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while managing urgent requests against changing timelines and deliverables.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
