This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the comprehensive program plan and delivery roadmap across all transformation workstreams, which include redesigning organizational structures, adopting an AI-native engineering platform, implementing shift-left governance and compliance, enhancing developer enablement, modifying the operating model, and modernizing security and legal processes.
• Manage the weekly program oversight rhythm, identifying and resolving roadblocks, overseeing cross-stream dependencies, and ensuring sustained progress across a multi-quarter delivery roadmap.
• Prepare and conduct bi-weekly updates for the executive Steering Group, simplifying program complexities into clear status reports, risk assessments, and required decisions.
• Collaborate with workstream leaders to establish and operationalize a governance framework that includes charters, decision-making rights, escalation pathways, and accountability structures, empowering teams to act independently.
• Spearhead stakeholder engagement, communications, and change management initiatives across Product, Engineering, HR, Legal, and Security sectors, fostering trust and alignment within a matrixed organization.
• Significant experience in program or portfolio management, especially in leading substantial technology transformation or organizational change initiatives.
• Proven track record of managing multi-workstream, cross-functional programs that encompass considerable organizational change elements.
• Strong executive presence coupled with excellent communication skills, capable of leading executive steering meetings and influencing senior leadership stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of software development organizations and contemporary engineering practices, including CI/CD, agile delivery, and DevOps methodologies.
• Practical experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and promoting the adoption of new operating models within large engineering teams.
• A background in Product and Engineering, with familiarity in program governance, OKRs, and business readiness metrics; certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent are advantageous.
