Director of Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for Alpha USA’s technology ecosystem.

• Take ownership of and implement the organization’s technology strategy in line with Alpha’s mission.

• Act as the primary leader for all technology platforms, systems, and integrations.

• Lead, develop, and manage the IT & systems team with defined accountability.

• Supervise vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and budget management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated technology leadership experience in managing and advancing a multi-platform technology environment to support organizational goals.

• Knowledge of Salesforce as an organizational platform.

• Strong experience in people leadership, including team development and accountability.

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in technology, systems, or IT leadership; experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is preferred.
