This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a cutting-edge, AI-enhanced technical content and enablement platform, positioning Technical Training as the definitive resource for technical education at Nerdio.
• Construct a modular content library that encompasses Nerdio’s primary capabilities, such as AVD, Windows 365, Intune/UEM, application management, Auto-scale, image management, and automation.
• Create enablement roadmaps for customers and partners that cover onboarding, certification, self-service learning, and in-depth technical training.
• Curate educational content for various formats, including self-paced courses, self-service libraries and knowledge bases, virtual live training, instructor-led sessions, Masterclasses, and partner enablement programs.
• Develop learning paths and certification programs tailored for enterprise IT administrators and IT leaders.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to convert new features and architectural updates into actionable guidance, including how-to guides, reference architectures, and runbooks.
• Jointly manage the partner and MSP technical education strategy and create train-the-trainer initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and a measurement framework that includes certification completion rates, time-to-proficiency, support deflection metrics, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and feature adoption statistics.
• Integrate Docebo data with CRM and product analytics, develop cohort comparison frameworks, and present revenue-related results on a quarterly basis to executive leadership.
• Lead a cross-functional Education Council to coordinate technical education and enablement initiatives throughout the organization.
• Guide and mentor the Technical Training team, setting objectives and assessing their impact.
• Implement product development and release processes to ensure training modules are launched alongside product updates.
• Provide feedback on learner confusion and technical gaps back to Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap and documentation.
• Over 8 years of experience in technical training, customer education, or enablement within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership position overseeing a team of 5 or more.
• Proven track record in establishing a scalable customer or partner education program from inception to measurable success.
• Familiarity with localization needs.
• Demonstrated success in linking education and enablement programs to retention, revenue growth, adoption rates, or support deflection, supported by real data.
• Experience in a dual-motion business that serves both direct and channel models.
• Strong ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Partner, Support, and Customer Success/Marketing departments.
• Background in Microsoft Cloud technologies.
• Practical experience with a modern Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Docebo.
• Knowledge of content production workflows, certification design, and the architecture of learning paths.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Nerdio or comparable platforms is preferred.
• Preferred certifications in Microsoft Azure or Modern Workplace technologies.
• Experience in persona-based or solution-based curriculum design is preferred.
• Experience in building measurement pipelines that connect LMS data to CRM and product usage data is preferred.
• Experience in constructing or scaling an LMS, self-service knowledge base, or customer learning academy from the ground up is preferred.
