This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide the team and establish the organizational culture.
• Recruit, mentor, and nurture senior technical leaders across Solutions Architecture, Marketing Science, SQL Engineering, and Context Engineering, fostering a technically proficient, customer-centric, outcome-driven standard for the function.
• Develop and implement the strategic vision.
• Define the Technical Solutions framework - outlining scope boundaries with Implementation, Customer Success, and Support; service packaging and pricing; staffing models; capacity planning; and global outreach across the US, EMEA, and APAC - to scale the function efficiently without proportionately increasing headcount.
• Take ownership of the four disciplines and their specific mandates.
• Operate pro-services as a standalone business.
• Establish reporting mechanisms that demonstrate the function's commercial value and customer impact.
• Over 8 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Marketing Analytics, Data Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading and developing managers and high-performing technical teams.
• Extensive knowledge of data architecture, analytics, attribution, measurement methodologies, and contemporary marketing technology ecosystems.
• Proven experience in leading customer-facing teams responsible for technical consulting, analytics, data strategy, or solution design.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to link technical and analytical solutions to customer outcomes and business value.
• Experience in developing scalable service models, operational frameworks, and performance metrics across various functions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical and analytical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Background in supporting eCommerce, marketing technology, analytics, attribution, or data-driven SaaS platforms.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset in decision-making.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while balancing strategic leadership with operational execution.
