📋 Description

• Oversee BELAY's Talent division in the recruitment, evaluation, and placement of independent contractors

• Establish the vision and strategic direction for the Talent team

• Ensure adherence to employment regulations and independent contractor laws

• Cultivate the growth of direct reports and foster a culture of innovation

• 5+ years of leadership experience within the staffing sector

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience

• Demonstrated success in managing contractor relationships and ensuring compliance

• SHRM certification or a similar credential is preferred
