This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Management of the recruiting pipeline: Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, freelance platforms, and referrals; assess applicants for red flags, competency alignment, and scorecard fit.
• Test project and interview management: Administer test projects, evaluate submissions, conduct initial group interviews, and oversee the candidate experience from start to finish.
• Optimization of sourcing channels: Oversee and enhance sourcing channels based on their performance; create "always hiring" shortlists for frequently needed high-leverage positions.
• Employer branding and Glassdoor management: Track and manage Glassdoor reviews, coordinate team review initiatives, solicit feedback, address concerns, and maintain brand reputation.
• Hiring metrics and funnel analysis: Provide weekly reports on the hiring pipeline segmented by channel and role; monitor funnel performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Leadership in people systems: Develop and execute systems to engage, onboard, and retain talent in alignment with the company’s growth goals.
• Organizational design and capacity planning: Work alongside leadership to ensure that the organizational structure and workforce planning adapt to the changing needs of the business.
• Frameworks for performance and development: Create performance standards, evaluation frameworks, and development pathways that foster accountability and growth throughout the organization.
• Talent experience and retention: Establish a consistent and professional experience for talent that enhances employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Workforce insights and reporting: Deliver insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership to inform decision-making and enhance workforce efficiency.
• External partnerships: Collaborate with external service providers to strengthen and support people operations as required.
• 3-5+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience, preferably within remote or e-commerce environments.
• Proven success in hiring for marketing, operations, Amazon, product, and leadership positions.
• Experience in conducting structured interviews, test projects, and group interviews.
• Familiarity with recruiting technology stacks: LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, OnlineJobs.ph.
• Proficient in managing hiring systems using Notion, ClickUp, or lightweight ATS tools.
• Exceptional writing skills: clear job descriptions, persuasive outreach, and direct communication with candidates.
• Capable of managing 5-10 active roles simultaneously without compromising the process.
• Experience in safeguarding brand reputation and addressing feedback (e.g., Glassdoor).
• Knowledgeable in building and generating reports for hiring metrics.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR or people operations, with leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Direct experience managing contractor-centric or distributed teams.
• Proven success in developing compliant, scalable people systems.
• Strong understanding of contractor classification, employment law, and risk management.
