This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete talent acquisition process from start to finish

• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and ensure efficient throughput

• Enhance the employer brand and improve the candidate experience

• Lead and develop the talent acquisition team

• Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience in leading a recruiting team during periods of significant growth

• Experience in establishing or revamping a hiring process

• Demonstrated data-driven leadership capabilities

• High standards for the quality of hires

• Strong skills in people management

• Proven ability to partner effectively with executives and hiring managers

• Capability to leverage AI technologies in the recruitment process
