This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct all elements of supply chain operations, encompassing forecasting, sourcing, procurement, outsourced manufacturing, inventory management, 3PL management, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Take responsibility for ensuring timely and complete delivery to both direct and wholesale customers.
• Supervise supplier, manufacturer, transportation, supply chain, and inventory management activities.
• Develop and enhance S&OP and cross-functional planning methodologies.
• Engage in new product development and guarantee timely completion of projects.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers and network partners.
• Establish and track performance metrics, benchmarks, reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Formulate the strategic supply chain plan and assess future capacities, costs, capabilities, and geographic locations.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, along with financial and quantitative analyses.
• Convert strategic objectives into project roadmaps that encompass personnel, processes, systems, and assets.
• Enhance supply chain technology and assess scalable technologies and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting on cash forecasting, cost classifications, budgets, COGS, operating expenses, capital expenditures, SKU rationalization, revenue forecasting, and final budgeting.
• Oversee the Operations Department and foster team member development through coaching, mentoring, performance evaluations, and action plans.
• Recruit and onboard additional talent as necessary.
• Establish scalable processes, systems, and leadership initiatives that promote a high-performing team.
• Over 10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, including roles at the Director level or equivalent.
• Functional expertise in sourcing, outsourced manufacturing, 3PL logistics, quality management, and cost optimization.
• Experience in eCommerce, direct-to-consumer, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors.
• Background in sourcing from and managing international suppliers.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with urgency.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a department towards achieving high performance.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, results-driven, positive, collaborative, adaptable, transparent, eager to learn, and empathetic.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Inspirational leadership qualities, with a focus on influence, execution, results, vision and direction, and talent development.
