• Lead and oversee a dynamic team of approximately 8 growth and marketing leaders.
• Formulate and implement market expansion strategies for the North America Grid Automation organization (GA NAM).
• Direct the regional Long-Term Strategy (LTS) initiative for GA NAM.
• Serve as the intermediary between the GA sales team and the GA product line.
• Champion and facilitate customer opportunities in Solutions and Services in collaboration with the sales organization.
• Conduct the Annual Market Assessment for the region.
• Examine market trends and customer insights to shape and steer strategies.
• Lead and orchestrate growth campaigns to broaden business outreach.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and various other departments.
• Spearhead new product and solutions requirements specification for North America.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Marketing and/or Product Management.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant markets (distribution, transmission, industrial, and renewables).
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed, up to 30% of the time.
