• Lead and oversee a growing team of approximately 8 leaders in growth and marketing.
• Formulate and implement market expansion strategies for the North America Grid Automation organization (GA NAM).
• Direct the regional Long-Term Strategy (LTS) process for GA NAM.
• Serve as the point of contact between the GA sales team and the GA product line.
• Drive and advocate for customer opportunities in Solutions and Services in partnership with the sales organization.
• Conduct the Annual Market Assessment for the region.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify and guide strategies for advising the broader organization on emerging market opportunities.
• Lead and facilitate growth initiatives to enhance business outreach.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure strategic alignment and achieve common goals.
• Spearhead the specification of new product and solutions requirements for North America and coordinate plans with global product lines.
• Work alongside GA sales directors to develop a NAM market overview with a rolling 24-month perspective.
• Engage with sales teams to support customer interactions, pre-qualification, and technical discussions regarding new solutions and services.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategic Marketing and/or Product Management.
• At least 10 years of experience in relevant markets (distribution, transmission, industrial, and renewables).
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed, up to 30% of the time.
