📋 Description

• Take charge of new business acquisition in a designated territory, encompassing both inbound and outbound opportunities.

• Formulate and implement a territory growth strategy that aligns with engage2learn’s market entry priorities and expansion goals.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with district leaders, educational organizations, and strategic partners to uncover and cultivate opportunities.

• Convert district requirements into precisely defined engagements that align with engage2learn’s services and solutions.

• Represent engage2learn at conferences, professional associations, and industry events to stimulate demand and enhance brand awareness.

• Oversee the complete sales cycle for new business opportunities, including qualification, discovery, proposal crafting, pricing, contracting, and procurement coordination.

• Ensure efficient qualification of inbound leads and proactive outbound prospecting.

• Create strategic proposals that align district priorities with engage2learn’s impact model and service offerings.

• Collaborate with the Executive Director of Partner Success to ensure that sales commitments align with delivery capabilities.

• Maintain accountability for the health of the pipeline, progression of opportunities, and revenue forecasting for the territory.

• Identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with educational organizations, state associations, and other strategic partners that can create new opportunities.

• Facilitate collaboration between engage2learn and external partners to support district initiatives, grants, and capacity-building efforts.

• Conduct regular partner engagement and business reviews to reinforce long-term strategic relationships.

• Collaborate closely with the Executive Director of Partner Success to assist with renewals, expansions, and partner success outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least five years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.

• Experience in K-12 education, educational services, or EdTech is preferred.

• Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Capability to translate complex client needs into clearly defined engagement opportunities.

• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

• Proficiency in contemporary productivity tools and CRM platforms.

• Familiarity with Google G-Suite and Apple for Education.

• Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple tasks within tight timelines.

• High proficiency in technology tools and applications that enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Ability to operate effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Capability to work with minimal supervision.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
