This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the FP&A function by leading an established team, enhancing forecasting, planning, and business insights.
• Enhance the accuracy of forecasts, long-term planning, and scenario modeling.
• Create KPI frameworks and executive reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Develop and implement frameworks and guidelines for vendor, partner, and third-party agreements in collaboration with the CFO, CEO, and general counsel.
• Ensure that agreements are consistent with financial outcomes, including revenue recognition, cost structure, and forecasting.
• Identify discrepancies between the structure of agreements and their operational execution, fostering alignment.
• Confirm that customer contracts adhere to pricing and financial guidelines to support precise billing, reporting, and forecasting.
• Supervise the consistency between contracts and billing to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with Legal to convert contractual obligations into actionable business processes.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering to ensure agreements correspond with system capabilities and workflows.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to maintain consistency and discipline in deal and partner structures.
• Recognize and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with agreements and integrations.
• Enhance visibility into risks affecting revenue, costs, and compliance.
• A minimum of 10 years in finance with substantial FP&A experience, covering forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
• Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments is preferred.
• Proven track record in establishing processes and functioning effectively in ambiguous, dynamic environments.
• Experience working collaboratively across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal teams.
• Ability to translate contractual terms and legal obligations into operational processes and financial outcomes.
• Experience in improving data flow and consistency across systems (e.g., Salesforce, Sage or similar ERP/billing systems, and FP&A tools such as Planful), ensuring alignment between operational data, billing, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with risk management and compliance considerations in a commercial or contract-focused environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to link operational decisions to financial outcomes.
