This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Oversee the complete recruiting cycle and account management for IT and software development staffing projects, covering contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements.
• Formulate and implement a go-to-market and business development strategy for the staffing division, which includes outreach, proposals, and client presentations.
• Create and maintain a recruiting technology stack (ATS/CRM, sourcing tools, AI-assisted sourcing platforms) to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
• Develop consistent sourcing strategies for challenging technical positions (engineering leadership, software development, ML/AI, data, infrastructure).
• Collaborate with the digital products sales team to identify new opportunities.
• Negotiate fee structures, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and contract terms with both new and existing clients.
• Monitor pipeline, revenue, and placement metrics, providing performance reports to agency leadership.
• Manage a full desk during the initial phases of the new division.
• Recruit, train, and supervise additional recruiters as the division expands.
• Work closely with Mindgrub's leadership and delivery teams to synchronize staffing services with the agency's wider offerings and client requirements.
• Represent Mindgrub's staffing brand at industry events, on LinkedIn, and in marketing materials directed towards clients.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical/IT staffing or recruiting, demonstrating a history of building or significantly expanding a staffing book of business.
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting for software development and engineering positions.
• Familiarity with contemporary sourcing and recruiting technologies (ATS/CRM platforms, AI-assisted sourcing tools, etc.).
• Understanding of contingency search fee structures and contract negotiation processes.
• Strong business development capabilities—comfortable with initiating and closing new client relationships.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; adept at managing multiple searches and client relationships simultaneously.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create scalable, repeatable processes.
