This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Formulate 3-5 year strategies aimed at optimizing costs, enhancing processes, and utilizing state-of-the-art technology solutions.
• Oversee thorough sourcing processes for our Americas packager/blender network and chemical expenditures.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of raw materials, commodities, and supplier markets to uncover potential opportunities.
• Execute comprehensive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs that align supplier performance with our strategic objectives.
• Lead negotiations and manage contracts with key packagers, blenders, and chemical suppliers.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives that yield cost efficiencies and operational excellence.
• Assist in the development of sourcing strategies throughout our Global Supply Chain, EIMEA, and Asia Pacific regions.
• Create and uphold actionable business continuity plans to ensure a steady supply chain.
• Provide leadership in functional risk management, from design through to implementation.
• Navigate supply chain challenges while ensuring the maintenance of desired service levels.
• Develop budgeting and forecasting strategies for the cost of goods related to acquisition expenses.
• Construct detailed cost models that ensure transparency and precision for both market-based and contractual adjustments.
• Initiate projects that enhance resource allocation and support EBITDA objectives.
• Over 10 years of experience in supply chain sourcing related to chemicals, components, and co-manufacturing services.
• More than 10 years in manufacturing and leadership roles within manufacturing.
• At least 10 years of experience leading sourcing in outsourced manufacturing settings.
• A minimum of 10 years in strategic domestic and global sourcing.
• Demonstrated success in supplier relationship management and sourcing financial oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or finance (additional coursework in chemistry, biology, engineering, or packaging is advantageous).
• Strategic thinker with the capability to translate vision into actionable steps.
• Proficient in negotiation, particularly regarding complex, multi-stakeholder agreements.
• Strong financial acumen for cost modeling, budgeting, and P&L impact analysis.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in cultivating high-performing teams.
• Cultural competence for engaging with diverse markets and regions.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
