This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of solutions engineers dedicated to acquiring and expanding enterprise customers.
• Act as a player-coach by engaging directly in strategic customer interactions, technical explorations, product demonstrations, architectural discussions, and proof of concepts.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership and account executives to facilitate intricate enterprise deals from initial qualification to technical validation and solution alignment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to prospects and customers in areas such as fraud prevention, identity verification, digital trust, and transaction security workflows.
• Convert customer challenges and business needs into scalable technical solutions utilizing Proof’s platform capabilities.
• Establish and continuously refine pre-sales best practices, demo strategies, technical enablement, and operational processes to enhance team effectiveness and scalability.
• Work collaboratively across product, engineering, and customer success teams to influence roadmap priorities and enhance customer outcomes.
• Support efforts to expand into new verticals, use cases, and strategic partnerships.
• Represent Proof at customer meetings, executive presentations, conferences, and industry events.
• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or payment sectors.
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring solutions engineers in a high-growth setting.
• Strong technical proficiency in areas such as fraud prevention, identity verification, fintech infrastructure, payments, APIs, authentication, and digital trust.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting enterprise sales motions and navigating complex technical purchasing cycles involving executive stakeholders.
• Experience working with banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, or in highly regulated industries.
• Excellent consultative discovery skills with the ability to align technical solutions with customer business goals.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders effectively.
• Hands-on approach with a genuine enthusiasm for technology, customer engagement, and technical problem-solving.
