This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Define and lead enterprise-level technical solutions and methodologies to fulfill anticipated or existing customer needs.
• Oversee solution design and develop essential artifacts, including but not limited to process diagrams and concepts of operation that ensure excellence in both capture and delivery.
• Act as a senior technical authority, maintaining extensive expertise in technologies and industry practices pertinent to crafting enterprise IT solutions, with familiarity in areas such as network operations, service delivery models, ITIL, cybersecurity (including Zero Trust), identity management, digital trust, Risk Management Framework (RMF), authority to operate (ATO), cloud services, agile software development, DevSecOps, mobile technologies, smart devices, AI/ML, systems engineering, data visualization, data science, and data engineering.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with executive stakeholders across business units, the Business Development Department, and the Office of the Chief Technology Officer to implement optimal technical and business strategies that set SOSi apart.
• Shape early-stage opportunities by leading technical engagements related to government Requests for Information (RFIs) and Sources Sought notices.
• Direct the development of technical solution strategies for select opportunities throughout the business development lifecycle, from early qualification to proposal submission.
• Supervise the creation of compliant, persuasive, and cost-effective technical solutions and proposals that meet or exceed customer expectations regarding technical performance, schedule, and pricing.
• Lead the development and execution of technical win strategies and themes that resonate with key decision-makers.
• Provide executive oversight of cost strategies, including the development of Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and the supporting rationale.
• Work closely with proposal writers to clearly articulate the overarching approach and lead solution sessions, emphasizing the most critical elements of the proposal response.
• Author and present strategic thought leadership materials, including white papers and briefings, to support capture initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering technical expertise to Program Managers during program initiation.
• Act as an escalation point for resolving complex technical issues at the request of operational business lines.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a STEM-related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in leading technical program activities or solution development, demonstrating success in driving revenue growth and acquiring new business.
• Advanced, industry-recognized certifications such as ITIL, AWS, CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, Oracle Database/MySQL Administration, Cisco certifications, CISM, CEH.
• Profound expertise in enterprise and systems architectures, as well as advanced capabilities transition.
• Significant experience with applied technology in the federal, defense, and intelligence sectors, with a strong grasp of procurement processes, mission requirements, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to form, lead, and mentor high-performing multidisciplinary teams, encouraging collaboration.
• Executive-level business acumen, with the capacity to comprehend a broad and enterprise-wide perspective of the business and its interconnections across strategy, processes, capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the talent to interpret ambiguous requirements and devise specific, compelling solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in developing, drafting, and writing technical and program management solutions in response to competitive Government Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
