This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the creation and presentation of customized product demonstrations.
• Facilitate collaborative discovery sessions to identify client challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
• Validate proposed solutions and assist with product launches in coordination with product management and engineering teams.
• Provide support for sandbox environments for prospective clients and conduct client office hours.
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
• Work in partnership with sales and marketing teams to enhance client engagement and promote solution adoption.
• Develop and maintain current demo environments.
• Assist with customer-specific study onboarding by showcasing operational compatibility.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring effective product utilization.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in marketing, science, business, or any technical discipline.
• Extensive experience in the commercial development or delivery of clinical studies technology.
• Demonstrated experience in solution consulting or a comparable role within the SaaS industry.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions.
• In-depth understanding of software solutions and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, coupled with client-facing experience.
• Capability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with global teams.
• Experience with product launches and participation in industry conferences.
• Background in Digital Health and a solid understanding of the healthcare sector.
• A strong passion for serving patients and customers.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and a practical approach.
• Desirable: experience in clinical software solution consulting.
• Desirable: experience in training.
• Desirable: experience within a global organization with complex or geographical contexts.
• Desirable: experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
