This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams comprising Software Engineers, QA Specialists, and CMS Content Authors.
• Define team structure, plan capacity, and allocate resources effectively.
• Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and ongoing professional growth.
• Own delivery governance, which includes sprint planning, prioritization, risk management, and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Supervise the creation, updating, and maintenance of editorial, campaign, and product pages across various regional websites.
• Oversee news publishing, content archiving, and content hygiene practices.
• Manage offers, campaigns, competitions, forms, brochures, galleries, and downloadable resources.
• Oversee dealer and showroom pages, including pricing updates, locations, timings, and vehicle model information.
• Ensure effective utilization of AEM native tools, components, sheet-based management, and eCommerce content.
• Supervise vehicle landing pages, configurator pages, kiosk pages, and model data authoring activities.
• Oversee the upload, organization, and governance of digital assets.
• Ensure assets are optimized and reusable across various markets.
• Manage the lifecycle of brochures and model-year assets.
• Direct centralized management of model data, including model-year updates, specifications, pricing, and product modifications.
• Coordinate model rollouts across regional markets.
• Enable comparison, configurator, and pricing & specifications pages using PIM data.
• Ensure accurate and reusable product data across all markets.
• Oversee campaign, lead, feedback, and dealer forms.
• Prioritize and enable the development of new features based on business needs.
• Own the maintenance and enhancement of in-showroom web applications.
• Oversee release management, version control, and application updates.
• Drive feature enhancements and improvements in user experience.
• Ensure synchronization between applications, AEM, and PIM.
• Supervise the implementation of SEO and technical monitoring.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and quality standards through rigorous QA processes.
• Oversee market setup and localization of pages, assets, and product data.
• Ensure consistent delivery of market-specific content.
• Act as the senior technical point of contact for clients and market stakeholders.
• Establish training, adoption, and feedback governance.
• Communicate updates, improvements, and roadmaps while fostering continuous enhancement.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital delivery, web engineering, or technical program management.
• At least 3 years in a technical leadership or director-level position.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary engineering, QA, and content teams.
• Strong background in delivery governance and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with DAM and PIM systems.
• Experience managing custom web application maintenance and enhancements.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Technical Skills: Content Management & AEM
• Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, and authoring workflows).
• Knowledge of AEM native components, templates, and sheet-based content management tools.
• Experience with headless/hybrid content delivery and multi-market content architecture.
• Expertise in Digital Asset & Product Information Management.
• Skills in DAM structuring, asset optimization, and reuse strategies.
• Knowledge of PIM-driven product data models.
• Web Application Development & Support skills.
• Familiarity with modern web application stacks and front-end frameworks.
• Experience with API integrations and application performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in release management.
• Knowledge of SEO, performance optimization, and localization.
• Technical skills in SEO, performance optimization, accessibility standards, and internationalization (i18n).
• Experience with multi-market localization.
• DevOps & Delivery experience, including CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of QA processes, test automation, and quality governance.
• Nice to Have: Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Experience Cloud certifications.
• Experience in the automotive sector or other multi-brand, multi-market digital industries.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Previous experience within a digital agency or consultancy delivery model.
