Director of Software Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and expand a diverse team of full stack engineers, cultivating a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Supervise the technical design processes for enterprise software applications utilizing C#/.NET for the backend, React.js for the frontend, and SQL Server for database management.

• Propel AWS infrastructure strategies by utilizing cloud-native services and containerization to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

• Guarantee that all engineering practices adhere to stringent security standards (HIPAA, SOC2, & PCI).

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to establish milestones and implement long-term product strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.

• Demonstrated success in guiding teams that build and maintain SaaS applications.

• Proficient in .NET, ReactJS, RDBMS, Kubernetes, and AWS PaaS.

• Capable of conveying complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

• Skilled at breaking down intricate and lengthy projects into manageable milestones.
