This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Capacity Modeling: Collaborate with the COO to create and sustain data-driven models that forecast staffing requirements based on revenue predictions and the current client acquisition pipeline.
• Workload Balancing: Proactively oversee team capacity to guarantee that client projects are allocated fairly and logically throughout our service team.
• Client Staffing Support: Partner directly with the Managing Director of Fund Administration to assign new clients to existing teams and reassign current clients as necessary.
• Staffing Optimization: Establish tracking systems to align specific team members with client accounts based on their technical skills, interpersonal compatibility, and professional development aspirations.
• Defining Excellence: Collaborate with the People Team to define the technical benchmarks for "Success" at every level within the client-facing organization.
• Career Pathway Architecture: Develop the technical "milestones" for promotions in conjunction with the People Team. Maintain Talent Assessments in coordination with the People Team to analyze our internal growth pipeline.
• Cost-to-Serve Management: Track utilization rates to ensure our teams operate in accordance with margin objectives.
• Organizational Design: Regularly assess our "Pod" or team configurations to ensure they facilitate seamless integration of all workflows.
• Process Improvement: Detect bottlenecks in team collaboration and implement structural adjustments to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Managing Client Service Directors: Act as the direct supervisor and mentor for client-facing Directors.
• Leadership Calibration: Create a cohesive "Leadership Operating System" to ensure a consistent standard of mentorship, accountability, and team culture across the department.
• Building a Multiplier Culture: Guide Directors in their delegation, performance management, and the cultivation of high-output environments. Your success will be measured by the increased autonomy and effectiveness of the leaders under your guidance.
• Succession Planning: Identify high-potential talent within teams and design "stretch" opportunities to prepare them for future leadership roles. Ensure the organization has a strong, ready-to-deploy talent pipeline to mitigate key-person risks during expansion.
• Strategic Communication: Convert the CCO’s commercial goals into actionable team directives. Serve as the primary feedback conduit between frontline leadership and the C-Suite, ensuring that the "voice of the team" shapes the firm’s strategic direction.
• 8+ years of experience in workforce planning and talent strategy
• Previous experience in financial services or fund administration is preferred
