This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +15 more states.
• Take ownership of and implement the complete onboarding and ramp process for all new sales hires.
• Create, develop, and consistently enhance the WFS Sales Training Center (STC) curriculum.
• Facilitate all new hire training cohorts from initiation to full ramp completion.
• Conduct recurring weekly and daily enablement sessions for active sales teams.
• Develop training modules tailored to specific roles such as setters, closers, and hybrid positions.
• Analyze sales calls at scale and convert insights into structured coaching frameworks.
• Establish performance-based feedback loops directly linked to revenue outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to identify skill gaps and implement targeted interventions.
• Continuously enhance objection handling, closing frameworks, and discovery processes.
• Track rep ramp time, conversion rates, and productivity benchmarks.
• Standardize best practices across all accounts and ensure team adoption.
• Work in partnership with recruiting and leadership to enhance hiring-to-ramp alignment.
• Provide support for live deal strategy coaching and real-time performance assistance.
• Maintain and update internal training documentation, playbooks, and SOPs.
• Recognize behaviors of top performers and systematize them into repeatable training resources.
• Ensure training is aligned with CRM data, pipeline structure, and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to support scaling initiatives and the launch of new accounts.
• Foster continuous improvement in sales effectiveness across all WFS brands and teams.
• Experience in building or leading high-performance sales training or enablement programs.
• Ability to transform inexperienced reps into consistent closers.
• Extensive experience in high-ticket sales environments.
• Proficient in coaching soft skills and analyzing hard performance data.
• Capable of developing training systems that are effective and sustainable.
• Flourish in dynamic, high-accountability, no-nonsense environments.
• Passionate about call reviews, performance trends, and optimizing behaviors.
• Design onboarding experiences that reduce ramp time while maintaining quality.
• Have a tactical understanding of CRMs, pipelines, and sales metrics.
• Comfortable conducting live training sessions, workshops, and ongoing enablement meetings.
• Able to convert underperformance into structured improvement strategies.
• Enjoy creating order from chaos and scaling successful practices.
• Motivated by developing talent on a large scale and witnessing rapid progression in reps.
• Have never owned or led a sales training or enablement function.
• Prefer intuition over data and avoid performance analytics.
• Find it challenging to provide direct, actionable feedback to underperforming reps.
• Struggle to convert sales performance data into structured training content.
• Feel uncomfortable with detailed reviews of calls, pipelines, and rep behaviors.
• Prefer static environments with little change or iteration.
• Lack confidence in facilitating group training sessions or leading discussions.
• Get overwhelmed by fast-paced, high-volume sales settings.
• View training as a one-time onboarding process instead of an ongoing system.
• Lack experience in high-performance sales organizations.
• Have a preference for eating pizza with ranch (this may be negotiable).
