This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the strategy and performance of the sales technology stack.
• Establish how sellers operate and integrate that vision into the tools they utilize.
• Lead the strategic assessment of AI-first solutions compared to technology-first alternatives.
• Foster measurable adoption of the sales technology stack among all seller segments.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and the Sales Enablement Coach to ensure alignment with seller workflows and coaching frameworks.
• Define and monitor utilization and performance metrics for each tool in the stack.
• Over 7 years of experience in sales technology, revenue operations, or sales enablement within a B2B setting.
• Extensive hands-on experience with tools such as Outreach, Seismic, ZoomInfo, and intent data platforms.
• Proven experience in integrating AI tools into sales workflows.
• A successful history of driving technology adoption among skeptical sales teams.
• Experience collaborating across functions with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership.
