This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Establish and manage a sales territory in the Southwest region.
• Guide a team of sales representatives to achieve an annual revenue goal ranging from $8–12 million.
• Motivate, engage, empower, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
• Enhance employee capabilities and support their professional growth.
• Assist in client activities and negotiations, including assembling and securing strategic deals.
• Utilize MEDDPICC and Force Management tools and methodologies to drive team success.
• Ensure representatives re-qualify deals and convey information thoughtfully.
• Manage the flow of information regarding leads, billing, orders, contracts, and other sales functions.
• Analyze data, strategize activities, meet district and area objectives, and address potential challenges.
• Align sales goals with corporate strategies and policies.
• Collaborate with solutions consultancy, corporate marketing, and other departments.
• Participate in industry events, leverage professional networks, travel, and engage with representatives and clients/prospects.
• 7–15 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• Minimum of 5 years leading a team of at least 5 sales representatives and managing a territory.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams.
• Proven ability to develop talent into top-performing sales representatives.
• Experience in crafting complex, enterprise-wide SaaS agreements.
• Knowledge of Customer Experience and the influence of social media platforms on large organizations.
• Strong capability to build and maintain business relationships.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Force Management principles.
• Skills to recognize and attend industry events, leverage networks, travel, and engage with representatives and clients/prospects.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must be based in Arizona, Colorado, or Utah.
