This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop and nurture multi-tiered relationships with customer Marketing, Culinary, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and QA teams to gather insights, align on requirements, and enhance partnership value.
• Work alongside internal insights, marketing, culinary, and product development teams to design customized, operator-specific solutions.
• Showcase Kettle Cuisine’s branded and custom product offerings—including culinary-driven development, small-batch craftsmanship at scale, and adaptable manufacturing—to national foodservice operators.
• Proactively seek out and engage with high-potential operators who are not currently partnered with Kettle Cuisine, utilizing strategic outreach, industry networks, and market intelligence.
• Propel top-line growth by establishing best-in-class partnerships, unique solutions, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.
• Interact directly with operators to grasp their menu strategies, operational limitations, and emerging culinary trends.
• Collaborate with operators to create on-trend custom soups, sauces, broths, sides, and other kettle-crafted and sous-vide products that highlight Kettle Cuisine’s comprehensive capabilities.
• Partner with culinary and marketing teams to provide compelling product solutions and operator-ready narratives that emphasize craftsmanship, quality, and innovation.
• Engage closely with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth development, trials, and commercialization for both new and existing accounts.
• Maintain precise forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting that align with strategic growth objectives.
• Actively contribute to PMO governance and S&OP processes to guarantee organizational alignment and operational readiness.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in foodservice sales, with at least 4 years focused on national accounts or major operator development.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional partnerships—particularly with R&D and culinary teams—to commercialize custom products.
• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and foodservice analytics.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
