This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the executive leader overseeing the integrated functions of sales, marketing, and partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, and executive team to establish the vision, strategy, and growth objectives.
• Perform strategic market analysis to pinpoint the geographic areas with the highest potential opportunities.
• Propel data-driven sales management through the implementation of CRM systems and ensuring pipeline accuracy.
• Manage the proposal and RFP strategies for key opportunities.
• Create new revenue channels and collaborative opportunities that enhance market position.
• Lead with high standards, providing regular coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Outline the annual and long-term marketing strategy in alignment with revenue objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred).
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in sales and marketing, holding executive-level responsibility for revenue growth.
• Extensive knowledge of renewable energy markets, EPC services, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong grasp of C&I solar EPC fundamentals.
• Familiarity with battery energy storage systems (BESS).
• Proven track record as a people leader, particularly in managing national accounts successfully.
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, including SEO and GEO optimization.
