This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take full responsibility for achieving sales targets and be personally accountable for the growth of team ARR.
• Guide, empower, and actively assist AEs in closing larger and more significant deals.
• Lead, nurture, and expand a go-to-market team consisting of Account Executives and SDRs.
• Create and enhance a scalable, repeatable sales playbook that covers the entire process from prospecting to closing.
• Establish sales processes and qualification frameworks.
• Collaborate with the CEO on the go-to-market strategy.
• Ensure accurate visibility of the pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot.
• Actively seek out opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership.
• A proven history of owning team performance and coaching AEs to consistently surpass quota.
• Hands-on approach to leadership.
• Comfortable stepping into a deal to resolve issues.
• Experience in developing or refining sales processes within an early-stage or rapidly growing environment.
• Strong understanding of both enterprise and mid-market sales strategies.
• Consultative approach to sales.
• Highly independent and self-sufficient.
• Proficient in HubSpot or a similar CRM system.
• Self-motivated and focused on results.
• Experience in selling PRM, CRM, or partnership software.
• Knowledge of partner-led or channel sales models.
• Complete ownership of your work.
