This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Establish and manage a Territory in the Ohio Valley.
• Lead a team of sales representatives to meet and surpass revenue targets.
• Motivate, involve, and empower your team through effective coaching and evaluation.
• Manage the flow of information related to sales activities and analyze data.
• Ensure that sales goals are achieved in alignment with corporate strategies and policies.
• 7 to 15 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing a team of at least 3 sales representatives.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in territory management.
• Experience in developing complex and enterprise-wide SaaS agreements.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Force management tools.
