This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop, implement, and enhance sales strategies that align with revenue and growth goals.
• Create scalable sales frameworks, structures, and processes.
• Build and sustain a well-balanced pipeline across product teams and customer segments.
• Define and monitor sales metrics, KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting systems.
• Promote a high-performance culture that emphasizes results, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Manage daily sales and order operations, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Assess pipeline health, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective measures.
• Enhance win rates, deal velocity, average order value, and fulfillment efficiency.
• Guarantee CRM accuracy, data integrity, and disciplined pipeline management.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Customer Care, Administration, Finance, and Standards and Quality teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Sales Supervisors.
• Establish performance standards and accountability frameworks.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and structured coaching sessions.
• Facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance meetings.
• Drive forecast accuracy and deliver data-driven insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with standardized sales and order fulfillment procedures.
• Optimize workflows, conversion rates, and reliability of order fulfillment.
• Maintain exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Demonstrated success in driving team performance and achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Direct sales experience is advantageous.
• Ability to translate company objectives into disciplined, high-level execution.
• Strong, persuasive communication skills for negotiation, presentation, and team alignment.
• In-depth tactical knowledge of sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Analytical and data-driven problem-solving capabilities.
• Aptitude for collaboration across various departments.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and adapt swiftly.
• Availability Monday through Friday with flexible hours.
• Must overlap with US business hours 1-2 times weekly for meetings.
• Must currently reside in the Philippines and be legally authorized to work there.
• 100% remote employment with a flexible schedule.
