This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote Lighthouse products and services to targeted law firms and corporations.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of activity through phone calls, prospecting emails, and meetings.
• Formulate strategies and implement plans for new and existing clients.
• Articulate the Lighthouse value proposition to clients and prospects.
• Ensure accurate sales pipeline information is recorded in Salesforce.
• Create and present sales proposals and respond to RFPs.
• Commit to expanding industry knowledge and researching trends.
• Manage support resources for Sales Associates.
• Collaborate with the executive team for service delivery.
• A BA or BS degree is required.
• A JD is advantageous based on practice area and experience.
• Proven success in selling electronic discovery (ESI), attorney document review, or other litigation support services.
• Must possess a well-developed network of contacts with decision-makers in the legal and/or business sectors.
• Strong business development skills including cold calling, prospecting, listening, and effective follow-up.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage professional selling techniques to identify client needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth industry knowledge with the capability to confidently engage at industry events.
• Must be a collaborative team player.
