This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Take full ownership of sales targets and be directly responsible for the growth of team ARR.
• Mentor, empower, and provide active support to AEs in closing larger and more significant deals, including stepping in during live negotiations when necessary.
• Lead, nurture, and expand a go-to-market team of Account Executives and SDRs across both enterprise and mid-market sectors.
• Create and enhance a scalable, repeatable sales playbook from the prospecting stage through to closing.
• Establish sales processes, qualification frameworks, and standards for pipeline management.
• Collaborate with the CEO on go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and expansion plans.
• Ensure accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting using HubSpot.
• Actively seek out opportunities for enhancement and present thoughtful, actionable solutions.
• Recruit and onboard new sales talent as the team grows.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership, ideally having contributed to a company's growth from approximately $5M ARR to $10M, $20M, $30M, or more.
• Proven history of taking ownership of team performance and coaching AEs to consistently surpass quotas.
• Hands-on approach to leadership.
• Ability to engage in deals to resolve issues, without the necessity of maintaining a personal quota to stay sharp.
• Experience in building or enhancing sales processes in early-stage or rapidly growing environments.
• Strong understanding of both enterprise and mid-market sales strategies: cold outreach, discovery, demos, negotiation, and complex deal cycles.
• Consultative mindset, comfortable with asking insightful questions, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting solutions.
• Highly autonomous; you can determine what needs to be done and take initiative without needing direction.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and focused on achieving results.
• Experience in selling PRM, CRM, or partnership software.
• Familiarity with partner-led or channel sales models.
