This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Oversee all sales initiatives for two hotel properties, achieving an annual production goal.
β’ Formulate and implement strategic sales plans targeting corporate, group, government, and extended-stay markets.
β’ Perform regular outside sales visits, conduct site tours, deliver presentations, and engage in networking to attract new business.
β’ Cultivate and expand key accounts through ongoing outreach, effective relationship management, and retention strategies.
β’ Establish robust partnerships with local businesses, travel managers, and community organizations.
β’ Examine market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns to refine sales strategies accordingly.
β’ Work collaboratively with revenue management on pricing, forecasting, and rate negotiations.
β’ Prepare weekly sales reports, production updates, and action plans for the leadership team.
β’ Represent both hotels at trade shows, chamber events, and other industry functions.
β’ Ensure effective communication with operations teams regarding group arrivals and corporate bookings.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in hotel sales; experience with multiple properties is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated ability to generate significant annual sales.
β’ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
β’ Familiarity with local corporate and group markets.
β’ Competence in using hotel CRM/PMS systems.
β’ Valid driver's license required.
