This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and lead the RevOps function from inception.
• Take ownership of the complete forecasting process, ensuring accuracy in forecasts.
• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and deal assessment sessions with the sales team.
• Enhance pipeline hygiene through stage definitions, adherence to close-date protocols, and deal scoring.
• Manage and optimize the GTM technology stack, including CRM and all integrated tools.
• Create and maintain a single source of truth for pipeline, revenue, and GTM data.
• Design and document the lead-to-cash process, ensuring clear accountability at each stage.
• Establish and uphold data entry standards and ensure process compliance across GTM teams.
• Develop dashboards and metrics that leadership relies on to operate the business effectively.
• Convert data into actionable insights, proactively identifying trends and potential risks.
• Manage territory design, quota modeling, and the operations of compensation plans.
• Collaborate with finance on revenue reconciliation and monitoring of GTM budgets.
• Over 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy within a B2B SaaS organization.
• Proven expertise in CRM administration and management of the GTM technology stack.
• Established ability to develop and maintain a dependable forecasting process; experience in pipeline inspection and designing sales cadences.
• A history of fostering cross-functional alignment and holding sales, marketing, and customer success accountable for a shared process.
• Strong analytical abilities; proficiency with BI tools, spreadsheet modeling, and creating dashboards.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to a board and training a representative in the same week.
• Adaptable to a builder environment lacking an existing RevOps team or playbook.
