This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design and development of Salesforce for Sales and Customer Success.
• Discover, assess, and implement AI-driven tools and workflows.
• Create and implement automation that reduces repetitive manual tasks.
• Manage the entire GTM technology stack.
• Ensure a smooth and dependable data flow across GTM tools.
• Set and maintain standards for system configuration.
• Promote CRM adoption and lead data quality initiatives.
• Evaluate and integrate new GTM tools.
• Construct and manage a Systems team.
• Over 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems roles.
• Extensive, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• A genuine passion for AI and automation in GTM environments.
• Practical experience with HubSpot.
• Proven track record in leading CRM migrations or significant system transformations.
• A systems-oriented thinker with a strong inclination towards scalable, clean architecture.
• Demonstrated success in driving CRM adoption and ensuring data quality in dynamic organizations.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
