This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of revenue forecasting, pipeline modeling, and scenario planning.
• Develop KPI frameworks across the entire funnel (Marketing → BD → Sales → Operations).
• Create executive dashboards and reports for weekly, monthly, and board-level reviews.
• Assist in annual planning through modeling, insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Manage CRM architecture (Salesforce) along with the overall revenue tech stack.
• Enhance marketing automation, data hygiene, and attribution frameworks.
• Establish scalable processes for deal tracking, contracting, and revenue recognition.
• Assess and implement tools to boost visibility and efficiency across GTM teams.
• Standardize opportunity stages, qualification frameworks, and pipeline governance.
• Promote rigorous deal review and inspection cadence.
• Refine solicitation intake and new deal qualification processes.
• Minimize friction between Marketing, BD, Sales, and Engineering.
• Increase win rates and reduce sales cycles through data-driven enhancements.
• Analyze conversion rates, CAC, LTV, sales velocity, and expansion metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities throughout enterprise and government sales cycles.
• Assist in pricing and packaging decisions using data-supported insights.
• Act as a liaison between Finance, Marketing, BD, and Leadership.
• Aid in compensation planning and incentive design.
• Ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery and customer expansion.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy.
• Demonstrated success in scaling revenue within high-growth settings.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with Salesforce (certifications preferred).
• Advanced skills with marketing automation tools (Marketo highly preferred).
• Proven capability in building and managing a modern revenue tech stack.
• Strong skills in forecasting, modeling, and pipeline analytics.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise and/or government sales cycles is preferred.
• Excellent executive presence and communication abilities.
• High level of comfort working in ambiguous situations and building from the ground up.
