This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Salesforce as the primary go-to-market system of record, encompassing architecture, automation, permissions, integrations, and data integrity.
• Manage and enhance the overall GTM technology stack, which includes HubSpot, Front, PandaDoc, Dialpad, and associated integrations.
• Lead evaluations of vendors, oversee renewals, and make decisions regarding stack rationalization.
• Develop scalable operational processes to support rapid growth within the company.
• Ensure transparency into roadmap priorities, operational initiatives, and system enhancements.
• Design and implement customer lifecycle workflows that span onboarding, deployment, Customer Success, and support.
• Create and apply customer health scoring frameworks along with proactive risk management workflows.
• Enhance cross-functional transitions to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Formulate segmentation and operational frameworks that align customer effort with account value and lifecycle stages.
• Set standards for pipeline hygiene, forecasting processes, and reporting frequencies.
• Collaborate with Marketing on attributions, lead routing, and MQL-to-SQL workflows.
• Establish operational frameworks that enhance visibility, accountability, and conversion rates throughout the funnel.
• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms that facilitate executive decision-making regarding pipeline, retention, customer health, and revenue operations.
• Implement data governance, KPI ownership, and a reliable single source of truth across go-to-market functions.
• Document SOPs, SLAs, and operational standards that can scale with team expansion.
• Minimize manual tasks through automation and system design wherever feasible.
• Utilize AI as a fundamental tool for analysis, documentation, process design, data audits, workflow creation, and operational execution.
• Deploy AI-driven workflows and automation throughout the go-to-market organization.
• Assess and operationalize emerging AI capabilities across the RevOps stack.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or similar operational leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including flows, validation rules, integrations, permissions, and automation.
• Strong background in supporting cross-functional go-to-market teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Proven experience in designing scalable operational processes within high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities, paired with exceptional organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where infrastructure is still under development.
• Highly self-motivated with the capability to transition seamlessly between strategy and execution.
• Proficiency with AI and regular use of AI tools for operational leverage and workflow enhancement.
• Bonus if you have:
• Experience with Customer Success platforms like Vitally or Planhat.
• Familiarity with support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, or similar tools.
• HubSpot administration and marketing automation experience.
• Background in vertical SaaS, healthcare technology, or hardware-enabled SaaS environments.
