This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will take charge of RevOps throughout the complete revenue lifecycle, encompassing everything from pipeline management to renewal processes.
• This entails overseeing forecasting, establishing process standards, adopting GTM technology, planning territory and compensation, as well as the analytical functions that empower leadership to make informed decisions.
• You will report directly to our CMO while also having a dotted line reporting relationship with our CRO.
• Initially, you will manage two direct reports and be tasked with building a scalable team and function that aligns with the business's growth.
• This position is hands-on in nature.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role at the Director or Senior Director level within a high-growth SaaS or recurring revenue environment.
• Experience supporting organizations with an ARR of $25M to $100M, alongside combined Sales and Customer Success teams of 20 or more members.
• Proven track record of building and scaling RevOps teams, rather than simply inheriting them.
• Extensive, practical knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot, along with a solid understanding of how to leverage these systems to enhance the lead journey, sales stages, and transitions to Customer Success.
• Ability to distill complex data into a coherent narrative and present it to an executive audience without obscuring its significance.
• Experience navigating both high-velocity SMB sales strategies and enterprise/channel approaches, with an understanding of their differing operational requirements.
• Proficiency in influencing others without direct authority, having successfully done so across various functions.
