Director of Residential Services – Remote, Travel Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversees and provides consultation for the management and supervision of residential programs, services, and facilities.

• Recruits, selects, trains, orients, and supervises the Program Directors, Campus Life Director, and Clinical Director.

• Evaluates performance, administers disciplinary actions, addresses complaints, and resolves issues.

• Conducts risk management training for all newly hired employees.

• Manages, participates in, and instructs on various topics mandated by the FSYR and its contractual and monitoring agencies.

• Ensures compliance with all licensing, accreditation, contracts, and standards for programs and services.

• Collaborates with the Quality Improvement Director to develop policies, procedures, directives, manuals, and training programs.

• Provides oversight and guidance regarding budget management, expenditures, and revenue-generating activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in the human services field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• At least seven years of experience in a social service environment is required.

• A minimum of five years in an administrative or supervisory role is essential.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing multi-service, multi-site agencies that include a residential component.
