This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive sales growth within the branch operations.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement sales strategies, objectives, incentives, marketing tactics, and promotional programs to increase market share through our internal sales channels.
• Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities.
• Establish and promote a positive sales culture within the relevant sales segment.
• Lead the field sales segment in a way that fosters collaboration and teamwork between sales and operations, encouraging a client-focused, sales-driven culture.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to create and implement effective training and development tools, enhancing skills and accountability.
• Support the creation of strategic initiatives within the sales segment.
• Analyze the market positioning of competing products, services, and organizations, assessing their marketing and sales techniques.
• Consult with management to define the objectives of the sales segment and establish best practices to meet organizational goals.
• Drive sales initiatives and strategies through consistent communication with branch leadership.
• Serve as an influencer to individuals and teams who may not report directly to this position.
• Manage and coach direct reports, including sales trainers.
• Cultivate key vendor relationships, ensuring they are effectively managed.
• Minimum of 5-7 years in Sales Management.
• Demonstrated history of successful and progressive leadership in sales.
• Previous involvement in strategic planning, including goal setting and financial budgeting/forecasting.
• Proven track record of success through leadership by influence.
• High School diploma or equivalent - required; undergraduate degree - preferred.
