• Define and implement Stayntouch’s worldwide reseller partnership strategy
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners that align with our growth goals
• Build and oversee a pipeline of high-potential partners in key markets
• Develop collaborative business plans with partners to drive pipeline and revenue expansion
• Equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively sell and implement Stayntouch solutions
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
• Set performance metrics, monitor partner success, and enhance programs for scalability
• Represent Stayntouch at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences
• Over 7 years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development within SaaS hospitality technology
• Proven success in building and scaling reseller or channel programs
• Strong connections within the hospitality ecosystem (system integrators, consultants, technology providers, etc.)
• Demonstrated capability to drive revenue through indirect sales channels
• Excellent skills in relationship-building and negotiation
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
• Willingness to travel as necessary
• Nice to Have: Experience with a hospitality PMS platform
• Familiarity with global partner landscapes and go-to-market strategies
• Experience in a global, distributed team environment
