Director of Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and fulfill business objectives.

• Design and implement recruiting initiatives that enhance candidate attraction, engagement, and hiring results.

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in recruiting strategy, processes, and industry best practices.

• Identify areas for continuous improvement and apply solutions that boost efficiency and scalability.

• Assess, redesign, and implement upgraded recruiting processes, workflows, and systems.

• Formulate scalable recruiting strategies to facilitate organizational growth.

• Develop metrics, reporting, and dashboards to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and track trends.

• Negotiate contracts for general practice and specialty physicians.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of recruiting and sales experience in the dental field, with proven leadership capabilities.

• Experience in managing and developing teams.

• Strong foundation in sales, relationship management, or consultative recruiting.

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts effectively.

• Experience in building and enhancing recruiting processes within a growing organization.

• Candidates lacking dental experience will not be considered.
